We are all woven together from the people, experiences and moments that have shaped us. Therapy offers a space to untangle these different threads, understand them and decide what you want to weave next.
You don’t have to wait until things become unbearable to ask for support.

You might love being a parent and still feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you’re constantly thinking about everyone else’s needs. Perhaps you’ve lost sight of who you were before children. Or perhaps you’re simply tired of feeling like you have to hold everything together.

Children and Young People’s Counselling

I offer a warm, accepting space where children and young people can feel heard without pressure or judgement. I follow their pace and use conversation alongside creative and age-appropriate approaches to help them explore their thoughts and feelings in ways that feel comfortable for them. Whether they’re experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, difficult emotions, relationships or changes in their lives, counselling can give them a space to untangle their thoughts and begin to understand themselves better.
Using an integrative approach to encourage emotional awareness and literacy in young people.
